The StackWave Thermal Cycler Dashboard is a browser-based application for storing, managing, and analyzing real-time PCR data. Interrogate your results by dynamically filtering linked plots, curves, and plate maps, and use pattern-based plate filtering to zoom in on key plate sectors. Make allelic discrimination calls in bulk and output curated data in Excel or CSV formats. All of your uploaded qPCR files are automatically archived in the Thermo Cycler Dashboard's database and can be retrieved at any time. Works with data output from most qPCR machines, and the team at StackWave is available to support integration of data from older machines.
