One of our core tenets in developing Affinity is that success flows from shared ownership of the entire antibody discovery process. To that end, we are thrilled to announce that v14 of StackWave Affinity includes, at no additional cost, an integrated Electronic Lab Notebook that simplifies the sharing of each team's processes and discoveries through direct incorporation of Affinity data into notebook entries.

Integrated ELN

In addition to our standard note-taking editor and spreadsheet tools, our integrated ELN provides access to Affinity materials and assay results, which can be embedded directly in your notes and will link back to the source material or result set. A summary of all referenced materials is listed at the top of every note, and all referenced materials list the notes in which they're included. Notes and sections can also be designated as templates for future re-use, and all notes include the ability for scientists to sign and request countersignature from a colleague.

Nanobodies

We’ve also been hearing from customers that they would like to see more explicit support for discovery workflows for next generation antibody therapeutics and at the top of the list was Nanobodies. Again, we hear you! We’ve added Nanobodies to Affinity as a first-class therapeutic entity. Our Nanobody support is now on par with our industry-first, fully-integrated support for monoclonal antibody therapeutics.
