Group related notes in any number of customizable notebooks
Notebooks are the highest level of organizational grouping within the ELN. To see a list of all notebooks available, click the book icon on the left. Select any notebook by clicking on it or use the search tools to search either by notebook name or on the contents of the notes within a notebook.
Clicking on a notebook will open it and display all notes within the notebook. This view is also available by clicking the notes button on the left and selecting the notebook of interest. Within the notes menu, users can search within the selected notebook for a given note. Clicking a note will open it in the main view.
To create new notebooks, click the + button in the left hand navigation menu and select New Notebook in the notebook dropdown. The note created through this menu will also create a new notebook with the name specified.
A global search is also available by clicking the magnifying glass in the left hand navigation menu.
