Reagents can be registered and managed in the Materials module
Reagent Registration
Register reagents using the button at the top left of the reagent index page. The resulting form will allow you to manually enter data or import XLS files for registration of larger numbers of reagents at a time.
Reagent Index and Details
The index page allows users to review the existing reagents in the system. Filters can be applied on any column to narrow the displayed reagents. Click on an ID or name to navigate to its details page.
The reagent details page consists of three sections. The Details section displays the attributes of the reagent and allow users with proper permissions to edit the name, reagent type, and description.
The Lots section displays every lot in inventory registered of this material and the user can register new lots by clicking the Register Lot button.
Finally, Assay Results allows users to review any assay data loaded against samples of this material. Select an Assay Type to display all assay results of that type for all samples of the given reagent.
