Variable regions can be registered and reviewed in the Materials module
Variable Region Registration
Register variable regions using the button button in the upper left of the Variable Region index page. A variable region requires a type and sequence, but the user can also optionally enter a description and CDR/FR information.
Variable Region Index and Details
Registered variable regions can be reviewed on the index page. Filters can be applied on any column to narrow the shown variable regions. Click on a variable region's ID to navigate to its details page.
The variable region detail page consists of a Details section and a sequence map. The details section displays all attributes of the variable region, and the description can be edited by users with the correct permissions. The sequence map will graphically display all the annotations associated with the variable region’s sequence depending on the selected analysis method.
