Discovery Settings

Discovery settings are a series of administrable lists used throughout the application, but most commonly in the Materials module when registering new materials

• Antibody Isotypes - Isotype definitions are used by the system to construct full-length antibodies from variable domains.
• Antibody Formats - Defines the actual format of the antibody, such as Fab fragment or full-length IgG.
• Library Methods - Available methods when constructing new libraries.
• Cell Types - Available cell types when registering cell lines.
• Project Types - Available project types when registering projects.
• Reagent Types - Available types when registering reagents.
• Protein Types - Available types when registering proteins.
• Valences - Available valences when registering multispecific antibodies.
• Multispecific Types - Available types when registering multispecific antibodies.
