      Sequence Analysis Settings

      Sequence Analysis settings consist of Reference Databases and Germlines

      Reference Databases allows the user to view which databases are set up and enabled in the system.

      Germlines allows the user to register or edit the germlines defined in their system, which are used for direct comparison analysis. Germlines are defined by a name, type, a list of libraries, and CDR1-4/FR1-4.
