Cell Lines can be registered and managed in the Materials module
Cell Line Registration
Register Cell Lines by clicking on the Register button in the upper left of the cell line index page. A cell line requires a name, type, and species, but the user can optionally enter a description and any number of antigens.
Cell Line Index and Details
Registered cell lines can be reviewed on the index page. Filters can be applied on any column to narrow the shown cell lines. Click on a cell line's ID to navigate to its details page.
The cell line detail page consists of a details section, a lots section, and an assay results section. The details section displays all attributes of the cell line, and the name, type, species, antigens, and description can be edited by users with the correct permissions.
The Lots section displays every lot in inventory registered of this material, and the user can register new lots by clicking the Register Lot button.
Finally, the assay results section allows users to review any assay data loaded against samples of this material. Select an Assay Type to display all results of that type for all samples of the given cell line.
